General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Purpose of doing chest X-ray, any associated symptoms like cough, fever, sputum, etc not mentioned. Suggestive of bronchitis. Bronchovascular markings are caused by lung vessels, mainly veins. Prominent means generally infection of the respiratory passages or fluid in the lungs which may be acute or chronic. It needs to correlated clinically by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
